Direct message the job poster from Bonnie and a Broom We are looking to hire a Sales and Operations Manager for our growing cleaning business in the USA. Duties of the Sales Manager include taking inbound sales calls, being confident with customers while upholding a consistent close rate, cold calling/outbound calls, managing the company's social media accounts, tracking each sales lead with detail, taking the lead on hiring additional cleaners when necessary and assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Sales Manager or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Sales Manager should ensure the business grows to reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals. About You: Tech-Savvy Confident when selling Comfortable with software Able to work with minimal supervision Must have the initiative to do tasks on their own Self-motivation – ability to take on new tasks and learn/problem-solve quickly Requirements: Answer inbound calls and emails and make outbound calls Offer the products and services to the interested leads Handle customer inquiries on all communication platforms used by the business Ability to write clear and concise emails to prevent confusion Be the first point of contact for customers Possess an empathetic yet confident demeanor over the phone Update client information, processing orders over the phone, etc Ability to work alongside different departments Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks Manage leads as they come inMaintain and manage records and other business and/or client information Salary: $640/mo + percent of each sale Technical Requirements: Dedicated workstation at home Backup device and Internet in times of power outages TO APPLY: Please email a 2-minute introduction video to , including your resume and relevant work experience.
