Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost sales, enhance brand awareness, and expand market presence. This role bridges sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging, strong customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead the sales team and oversee performance management
  • Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients
  • Manage consignment accounts, including inventory tracking, replenishment, and sales reconciliation

Marketing:

  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns
  • Oversee digital marketing, advertising, branding, and promotional efforts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage content creation, website updates, and social media channels
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and product launches

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

4-5+ years of proven experience in a sales and/or marketing leadership role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Directly reports to: CEO / OM
