The Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support, including handling deliveries, collecting payments, sourcing supplies, and managing company assets. This role also requires driving responsibilities, serving as company driver/liaison for various transactions within Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle deliveries and submissions of proofs, mock-ups, and other materials to clients.
  • Collect payments and official documents from clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Source and purchase supplies and materials needed for operations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles and motorcycles.
  • Act as a company driver/liaison, assisting in banking, government, and client-related errands.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, deliveries, and collections.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, liaison, or related roles.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila roads and traffic routes is required.
  • No major driving violations for the past 3 years.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Resides in or near Cainta, Rizal (preferred).
