Job Description


  • Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships across various industries.

  • Client Management: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from briefing to offer management and post-placement follow-up.

  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and talent landscape.

  • Performance Targets: Consistently achieve personal and team KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the business.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Fresh graduates or career shiftersare welcome Could have experience in sales, business development, or recruitment as well (agency or in-house).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Commercially driven with a passion for working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
