Job Description

As a recruitment consultant, your primary goal is to grow revenue within your discipline by partnering with clients to hire talented candidates. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to interviews and offers
  2. Building and developing client and business relationships in a competitive environment
  3. Continuously building expertise and specialization in your chosen market
  4. Consulting clients on the most suitable recruitment solutions and advising candidates on career opportunities
  5. Developing a comprehensive candidate database within your discipline
  6. Networking to gather business information
  7. Participating in organizational initiatives related to DEI, CSR, and People Development
The Successful Applicant

We welcome both experienced candidates and fresh graduates, including those from outside the industry with an interest in recruitment or consulting roles. Desired attributes include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics
  • A proactive problem-solving approach
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
