Responsibilities- Provide creative leadership, direction, and vision to the in-house agency to ensure consistent, high-quality and on-brand output.
- Oversee the development & execution of creative projects, including concepts ideation, design, copywriting, production, & delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, promotional materials, digital content, and other brand assets.
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion, working closely with our in-house team and external partners to develop compelling creative solutions across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and business unit leaders to develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and business results in our gaming, hotel, f&b, and retail sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, public relations, digital marketing, entertainment, and the larger aspects of operational teams to effectively support their creative needs and provide seamless project execution.
- Inspire, lead, and mentor a diverse creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and manage the performance of Marketing Services, ensuring continuous improvement, professional growth, and high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new opportunities in the creative space, integrating them into our creative strategies as appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated creative excellence, with a portfolio of work showcasing a range of concepts and execution.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into compelling creative work.
- Proven experience overseeing a creative team and driving creative projects from concept to completion.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards creative excellence.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the creative field.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making capabilities.
