Role Description

We are seeking creative, organized, and proactive Visual and Communications Intern to support our design and client servicing teams. This role offfers the unique opportunity to build your design portfolio while also gaining exposure to project coordination, client communications, and account management processes within a creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Tasks

  • Assist in designing social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and branding collateral.
  • Adapt creative content for different formats (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, print, and or email.)
  • Support senior designers by creating mockups, layout templates, and visual concepts.
  • Help maintain and organize design files, brand assets, and templates

Accounts Support

  • Assist account manager or the CEO in preparing client-facing documents (e.g. briefs, proposals, presentations.)
  • Attend internal or client meetings to take notes and summarize key action points.
  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles.
  • Communicate updates between creative and client-facing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct basic research or benchmarking to support campaigns and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree of Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma.
  • Strong visual and layout design skills.
  • Interest in client service, project management, and creative collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • familiarity with social media platforms and content trends is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
