We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Lead – SMM to oversee our social media design and creative output. You will be responsible for reviewing visual content, guiding the creative team, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Review and provide constructive feedback on graphic designs for social media.
- Suggest creative improvements to enhance visual impact and brand consistency.
- Monitor and ensure all creative deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Manage and support creative team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Prepare and present monthly performance and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to align creative output with marketing goals.
- Proven experience in a creative or design leadership role, preferably in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of design principles and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
