Position Overview:

The Creative Lead for Shoots will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing all creative aspects of photo and video productions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong collaboration with graphic designers and other creatives, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual outputs that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of photo and video shoots from concept to final output.
  • Review, evaluate, and approve artworks, layouts, and storyboards to ensure high-quality creative outputs.
  • Work closely with the graphics team to enhance and refine visual content for consistency across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with production teams, photographers, videographers, and stylists to deliver on creative vision.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with brand identity, tone, and campaign objectives.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to creatives to continuously elevate quality and innovation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and creative techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Art Director, or similar role in shoots or visual production.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creative direction for both static and motion visuals.
  • Proficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
