This role will support the Data Science projects by identifying applications and contributing to Market Research with actionable data insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related roles, preferably in a corporate setting. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL. Experience with Data Visualization software like Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and statistical analysis is a plus. Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Must Have: 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on analyzing large data sets to solve problems and building user-friendly dashboards.
• Experience wrangling imperfect data and writing efficient SQL.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience creating dashboard documentation for end users.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities/Job description

• The company’s Revenue Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales & marketing organization, partnering with teams to drive initiatives.
• Triaging data requests, automating reporting, and creating intuitive dashboards.
• Prioritizing and answering questions from Sales and Marketing in Slack and Jira; automating reporting and visualization of metrics in Tableau; providing operational support.
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy of downstream reporting; creating analyses that tell a story focused on insights.

Non-negotiable skills/Capabilities

• 4+ years in Data Analytics; experience with large datasets.
• SQL proficiency and data wrangling.
• Tableau expertise; dashboard documentation experience.
• Clear, proactive communication; independent work ability.
• Experience with marketing, sales, or customer datasets is a plus.

Salary : Php130,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month

Schedule : 8 hour shift
