Job Role: Executive Assistant Compensation range: Up to $1500 AUD/Month Engagement type: Independent Contractor Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to choose working hours. Some overlap with AEST hours is expected to support real-time communication. Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: Our client is an Australian-based business in the golf and lifestyle space. The business is dynamic and growing, with multiple ventures under its umbrella. The environment is fast-paced and detail-driven, where organisation, efficiency, and proactive communication are essential. This role will begin as a personal assistant to the business owner, but has potential to expand into supporting a wider team as the business grows. About the Role The Executive Assistant will provide essential day-to-day support to ensure smooth business operations across the client’s ventures. The role requires someone who can juggle tasks like email and calendar management, coordinate across multiple business activities, and serve as a reliable partner in keeping operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities while working independently. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of inbox management, including triaging, categorising, drafting, and preparing daily digests. Act as the gatekeeper of the business owner’s calendar, prioritising and managing scheduling requests. Support systemisation efforts, including documentation and process-building within Notion, Monday.com, or other knowledge base tools. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups. Assist with personal assistant duties for the business owner, where needed. Manage documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and efficiency. Track tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure timely delivery. Liaise with stakeholders across multiple ventures to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Handle highly confidential financial, investor, and candidate information with sensitivity and discretion. Provide ad hoc administrative support as the business evolves. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar mid-level administrative support role. Demonstrated experience in inbox management and calendar gatekeeping. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Notion and Monday.com). Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly. High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and personal hardware suitable for remote work.
