The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels. This role ensures that product listings, digital marketing campaigns, and website performance drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Platform Management:

  • Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok).

  • Coordinate with IT or developers to improve site functionality, navigation, and user experience.

  • Digital Marketing & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media ads, email newsletters, and paid search.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create seasonal promotions, bundles, and special offers.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance using analytics tools.

  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights to increase ROI and reduce cart abandonment.

  • Customer Experience & Support:

  • Work with customer service to ensure smooth order processing, timely shipping, and resolution of issues.

  • Gather feedback to improve product pages and online shopping experience.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Liaise with inventory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely fulfillment.

  • Coordinate with creative teams for product photography and content creation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in online retail or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok).
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
