Hiring for Workforce and Business Intelligence & Reporting professionals. Transcom is looking for talented individuals to join our team as the Training Supervisor for the Pasig site.

Responsibilities
  • People responsibilities: promote communication; adapt leadership style to individual needs; foster a positive environment; ensure high employee satisfaction and attendance; promote teamwork; lead by example; take action on disciplinary procedures; ensure team members meet targets and become eligible for the Reward Fund.
  • Performance responsibilities: understand and meet production targets for clients/projects; review and evaluate performance reports; set and follow up on team and individual targets; maximize time management; prepare and conduct appraisals; monitor scheduling to ensure payroll accuracy; manage attendance and coaching; monitor ACD systems for operational efficiency; administer outbound dialing systems as required.
  • Training/Facilitation responsibilities: customize training programs; stay updated on product updates and industry trends; provide hands-on training and support; collect feedback; collaborate with product teams; assess training effectiveness; maintain training documentation; support product launches; travel as needed; manage daily class communication; set and reinforce daily goals; follow up with learners; coordinate PAL connections; conduct pulse checks and office hours; connect with floor supports; analyze performance and identify gaps; ensure proficiency in reporting; maintain organizational multitasking and coaching at the rep level; ensure quality in training delivery.
  • Quality responsibilities: define quality expectations by client and project; set quality goals; observe and evaluate quality; monitor CSR performance and provide ongoing feedback; follow up on quality goals; balance call handling, sales, and BO tasks.
Qualifications

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

Educational Background: University degree or equivalent higher qualification.

Work Experience: Experience in an operations department; experience with figures and basic mathematics for reporting and analysis; experience in a performance-driven environment; experience leading a team.

Skills Requirements: Time management; ability to set clear objectives and priorities.
