Human Resources Payroll Executive

Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Payroll Preparations and validations: timekeeping, overtime and deductions
  • Responsible for validation and consolidation of final data for Payroll Inputs
  • Responsible for Payroll’s compliance to internal and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient payroll delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Must have experience in Payroll helpdesk or Comp & Benefits department or Finance & Accounting, HR Shared Services with Comp & Benefit background.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • With at least 5 years of experience in handling Philippine Payroll/Compensation
  • Excellent computer skills, and proficiency in Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of various labor laws and practices
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
