Human Resources Payroll ExecutiveLocation: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines
Responsibilities:- Responsible for Payroll Preparations and validations: timekeeping, overtime and deductions
- Responsible for validation and consolidation of final data for Payroll Inputs
- Responsible for Payroll’s compliance to internal and statutory regulations.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient payroll delivery.
- Must have experience in Payroll helpdesk or Comp & Benefits department or Finance & Accounting, HR Shared Services with Comp & Benefit background.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- With at least 5 years of experience in handling Philippine Payroll/Compensation
- Excellent computer skills, and proficiency in Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of various labor laws and practices
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Skills in database management and record keeping
