Human Resources Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and mentor the HR team in executing key functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development, and overall HR operations. Implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with company standards, legal requirements, and organizational goals. Manage and verify the accurate and timely completion of payroll, allowances, and benefits processing. Ensure adherence to employment laws, government-mandated contributions, and other statutory obligations. Supervise the team’s daily operations to maintain efficiency, consistency, and quality of service delivery. Handle escalated employee issues, disciplinary cases, and policy-related clarifications in a fair and professional manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong background and hands-on experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing, including statutory reporting and compliance. Broad understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Willing to work in a hybrid setup. #J-18808-Ljbffr
