Asticom Technology Inc' is seeking a talented HR Associate - Payroll to join our team on a contract basis in Katipunan Quezon City Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

  1. Administering the company's payroll system, including processing payroll, calculating deductions and benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  2. Liaising with employees to address any payroll-related inquiries or concerns
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation
  4. Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports and related financial statements
  5. Collaborating with the HR team to support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 6 months experience in a payroll or HR administrative role
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with an internship experience in Payroll and HR Tasks
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations
  4. Proficient in using payroll and HR management software
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  7. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  8. Willing to work onsite in UP Town Center, Katipunan
  9. Willing for the contract-based until March 2026 (possible extension/absorption)
  10. Willing to start ASAP
