Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's overall sales and distribution strategy to achieve growth targets in the general insurance market.
- Lead, manage, and expand the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Strengthen and grow partnerships with agencies, brokers, and other distribution channels, fostering long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and innovative distribution channels to increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Provide coaching and professional development to team members to build a high-performance sales culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., underwriting, claims, marketing) to deliver superior customer value and achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, distribution, and leadership roles within the general insurance industry.
- Strong track record of leading and growing sales teams to exceed targets.
- Deep understanding of the general insurance ecosystem, particularly in managing agency networks, brokers, and multi-channel distribution strategies.
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field
