Overview

Head of Institutional Sales

The Head of Institutional Sales is responsible for leading and executing the institutional sales strategy to drive business growth, close high-value deals, and increase assets under management (AUM). This role will focus on acquiring new clients and investors, managing deal pipelines, and expanding the institutional footprint across key sectors.

What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:
  • Drive Institutional Growth: Secure new institutional clients and counterparties to expand the firm’s market presence and generate sustainable revenue streams.
  • Deliver High-Impact Deal Closures: Lead and close strategic deals that directly contribute to the firm’s financial performance and long-term client partnerships.
  • Increase Institutional AUM: Achieve measurable growth in institutional assets under management by optimizing client acquisition strategies and deepening existing relationships.
What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:
  • Trust Experience: Demonstrated expertise in trust structures and products relevant to institutional clients.
  • Sales & Client Management: Strong background in business development, sales acquisition, and client relationship management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in sectors such as electronic money issuers, retirement funds, and insurance, with a deep understanding of institutional client needs and dynamics.
  • Strategic Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
