The Qualifications We Seek Must have at least 2 years of solid experience as a Data Analyst or Reports Analyst. Bachelor's degree required in Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in data interpretation and reporting. Strategic thinker with a proactive, client-focused approach to improving marketing performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across media and strategy teams. Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You Daily Tasks Develop media plans and optimize weekly budgets to meet marketing goals. Manage client accounts, ensure funds are up to date, and spot growth opportunities. Send daily performance reports on calls, orders, invoices, and balances. Work with media teams to secure cost-efficient placements that boost ROI. Review media performance to expand strong channels and adjust weak ones. Forecast call volumes using data on costs, traffic, and results. Strengthen client relationships and support sales with research and insights.
