We are on the lookout for a proactive Technical Support Specialist who can contribute to our vibrant team and keep up with the pace of our rapid development. Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone, email. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical problems. Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the support database. Educate clients on product features and best practices to optimize their usage. Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials. Participate in continuous training and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge, particularly in electronics. Ability to think logically and solve problems efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting. Previous experience in telematics is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field. Experience with telematics and electronics is highly preferred.
