Responsibilities (examples across roles):

  • Manage and enhance relationships with partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager.
  • Renegotiate contract conditions (e.g., commission rate, minimum basket size) with restaurant managers on a regular basis.
  • Convince restaurant managers to implement backlinks or splash pages to convert online traffic into orders.
  • Design and improve aftersales processes by streamlining operations and the CRM system.
  • Identify and recruit top partner restaurants for programs (e.g., corporate menu) and monitor performance and customer experience post-integration.
  • Negotiate exclusive deals with top partners to increase orders while preserving relationship quality.
  • Ensure high customer experience across partner restaurants and provide guidance to improve it.

Qualifications (examples across roles):

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years in lead or account management, preferably in food & beverage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Desire to engage with local restaurants and drive results.
  • Endurance in follow-up with partner restaurants; structured and efficient communication.
  • Team player; self-motivated with ability to work independently.
  • English and Filipino required; location: Tarlac for some roles.
