The Opportunity

We are seeking a technically-minded Business Systems & Data Analyst to support a high-performing B2B sales organization. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will optimize sales processes through data analysis, automation, and strategic system management. This role combines deep HubSpot expertise with sales acumen to drive revenue growth by managing complex CRM workflows, building automated outreach and nurture sequences, and analyzing performance metrics to streamline the sales funnel.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can master CRM automation while fostering partner engagement to sustain consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM & Sales Platform Management
    • Own the HubSpot CRM setup, data hygiene, and integration with Odoo, Shopify, and Aircall, leveraging automation and AI for data enrichment.
    • Build and optimize workflows to automate tasks, create custom HubSpot dashboards, and manage lead, partner, and pipeline data.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to optimize the HubSpot Service Desk with automated ticket handling and performance reporting.
  • Automation & Workflow Optimization
    • Act as automation lead, designing and implementing workflows between HubSpot, Odoo, Shopify, and Aircall using Zapier or Make.
    • Continuously identify and automate repetitive tasks to free up sales and partner success teams for high-value activities.
    • Research and recommend new AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Design and maintain a centralized, real-time dashboard integrating data from all platforms to support decision-making.
    • Track and analyze key sales funnel metrics, partner engagement (active vs. dormant), and Aircall call analytics.
    • Deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with the Partner Success Manager to surface dormant accounts using predictive models and prioritize reactivation strategies.
    • Provide the Community and Education Specialist with insights into training effectiveness and partner engagement.
    • Work with marketing to optimize messaging, lead quality, and attribution models using analytics and automated lead scoring.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in a similar role such as Business Systems Analyst, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot is required.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to create complex, multi-platform dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Odoo, and Aircall is a significant plus.
  • Technically-minded and strategic with the ability to translate business needs into system-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
