We are seeking a highly organized, proactive individual to join our growing commercial real estate team as a Part-Time Brand Manager with Project Management Skills . This is an exciting opportunity for a long-term partner who is ready to take ownership of both our daily operations and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Your role will be a blend of graphic design, administrative support, and strategic system implementation: Design & Marketing: Creating approximately 20 commercial real estate flyers per week (must demonstrate strong design sense and proficiency in Canva and/or Canva AI ). Email Campaigns: Managing and executing Mailchimp email sendouts. System Building: Taking the lead in building out and implementing a new CRM system (proven experience with CRM setup is key). Project Management: Serving in a Project Manager capacity to help define and execute initiatives aimed at business growth. Executive Support: Managing general email correspondence, overseeing the calendar, scheduling appointments, drafting and sending out agreements/Letters of Intent (LOIs), and handling invoice distribution. Ideal Candidate: Expert Level: Proficiency in Canva (or Canva AI) is non-negotiable. System Builder: Proven experience in setting up, configuring, and managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Operational Excellence: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Growth Mindset: A desire to find efficiencies, implement best practices, and grow with the business long-term. Rate: $8–$10 USD per hour Schedule: Starting as Part-Time . The specific shift schedule is flexible and will be determined upon hiring. Goal: We are looking for a dedicated, long-term partner to be an integral part of our team's expansion.
