The DCX Process Writer involves creating, developing, and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of various processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional collaborative skills, and the ability to improve and streamline operational procedures continuously. This role is ideal for someone passionate about process efficiency and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Creates, develops, and documents procedures of various processes within the team being supported.

  • Collaborates closely with various subject matter experts for accurate process documentation.

  • Reviews, evaluates, and updates existing documented processes and guidelines to reflect changes and improvements.

  • Provides recommendations for operational efficiency. Proposes innovative and creative ideas and insights to ensure process effectiveness.

  • Facilitates and conducts training and support for relevant stakeholders and ensures the documented processes are understood. Provides immediate clarifications and/or resolutions to any vague processes.

  • Conducts regular and timely reviews and audits of process documents. Ensure that all documentation is still relevant and up to date.

  • Assists in holding people accountable for following processes and procedures. Ensure all responsibilities written on the documented processes are carried out and observed.

  • Provides support for the team and company improvements when the formal process is needed.

  • Performs tasks analogous to the preceding.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, industrial engineering, or any related field.

  • Experience: At least two (2) years of direct experience in process documentation, improvement, and technical writing. Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Strong exposure to Workday, and Asana is advantageous. Preferably with a strong knowledge and background in Excel.

  • Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 20,000.00 – PHP 30,000.00

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (US)

  • Workdays : Monday through Friday (US)
