Are you a creative, detail-oriented graphic artist with a passion for brand consistency? We are seeking a Home-Based Production Artist to join our team, supporting our partner with daily graphic design tasks. In this role, you will create mockups, vectorize logos, and produce visually compelling presentation decks while ensuring consistency in branding and design quality.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Creative Design Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and technical proficiency in various design mediums.

• Attention to Detail: Ensures precision in artwork design, vectorization, and branding consistency.

• Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing effectively.

• Communication Skills: Provides and receives constructive feedback while maintaining clear communication with team members and clients.

• Problem-Solving: Proactively addresses artwork-related challenges and recommends solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Graphic Design & Vectorization: Convert logos into vector files and format them according to client specifications.

• Mockup Creation: Design visual mockups for promotional products, incorporating branding guidelines and client requests.

• Artwork Finalization: Adjust type, size, and placement of imprints for embroidery, screen printing, and digital printing.

• Proof Preparation: Pull product templates from supplier websites to create proofs for customer review and approval.

• Order Transition: Ensure approved orders are seamlessly transitioned into the production phase and monitor order status to prevent delays.

• Internal & External Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to discuss revisions and provide design suggestions.

• Project Management: Maintain organized digital files, ensuring accurate records of all artwork and project specifics.

• Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the team with additional design projects and responsibilities as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, production art, or a related role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

• File Management: Understanding of file formats, image optimization, and color management.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Mindset: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

• Preferred: A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills across multiple mediums.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 37,500

• Industry: Promotional Products

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
