Are you detail-oriented and driven to make an impact in finance operations? We are looking for a Home-Based Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and handling day-to-day accounts payable functions with precision and integrity. Your contributions will directly support smooth financial operations and offer room for growth in a supportive, remote work environment.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

Analytical Thinker: Proficient in identifying discrepancies and resolving payment-related issues.
Financially Knowledgeable: Solid understanding of accounting regulations and payable processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and enter invoices accurately and on time.
Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, respond to inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
Expense Reconciliation: Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts for accuracy.
Payment Coordination: Manage check runs, ACH transfers, and other payment processing tasks.
Reporting: Generate accounts payable reports including aging reports and cash flow projections.
Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses and negotiate terms or discounts where applicable.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot invoice or payment issues, ensuring documentation compliance.
Ad Hoc Support: Perform additional finance-related tasks as assigned by the team.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Schedule: Ability to work overnight (graveyard) shifts in Philippine time or U.S. CST hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel: pivot tables, formulas).
Experience using accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
Understanding of accounts payable principles and account reconciliation practices.
Preferred: CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (not required but a plus).
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000

Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
