The Strategy and Process Governance Manager plays a critical execution support role in advancing the strategic priorities of the ISDP and AIG groups. Working under the direction of the Strategy Execution Head, the role focuses on translating strategic directives into actionable work plans, managing day-to-day coordination and tracking, supporting governance processes, and enabling stakeholder alignment across functions. This role ensures that execution remains disciplined, efficient, and aligned with the organization\'s transformation agenda.

• Strategy Execution Support: Coordinate and support strategic planning workshops, action planning sessions, and OKR development. Consolidate planning outputs, synthesize cross-functional inputs, and maintain strategic initiative trackers. Translate high-level directives into execution templates, trackers, and dashboards.
• Governance and Performance Monitoring: Manage governance documentation, issue/risk logs, decision registers, and escalation workflows. Track initiative-level KPIs and provide inputs for executive reporting materials. Support internal audit or compliance readiness efforts for ISDP and AIG strategy initiatives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison with working-level stakeholders across Legal, Risk, IT, AI Labs, and Cybersecurity Operations. Schedule alignment sessions, follow-ups, and cross-functional working group meetings to resolve blockers.
• Process Optimization and Documentation: Map existing processes and workflows; assist in identifying pain points and inefficiencies.
• AI Strategy Enablement: Support implementation of AI-driven insights or automation pilots in partnership with functional teams. Maintain up-to-date documentation for strategy-linked and governance-critical processes.
• AI Technology Roadmap: Support the upkeep of the AI technology roadmap by coordinating updates with relevant SMEs.
• Communications and Training: Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, or talking points on AI initiatives for strategic reviews. Help implement training/awareness sessions on AI strategy alignment and literacy.
• KPIs and Deliverables: Track Execution Accuracy and Timeliness of Deliverables; maintain visibility into progress and deadlines.
• Governance and Reporting Outcomes: Consolidated execution tracker for ISDP and AIG strategic initiatives, with clear mapping to KPIs, owners, and timelines. Support for FY2026 business planning cycle – including logistics, synthesis of outputs, and presentation materials. Governance documentation set-up or refresh – including issue logs, process guides, escalation flows, and audit support files.
• Process Mapping and Improvement: Mapping and optimization of at least two critical processes across AIG or ISDP, with measurable improvements defined. Executive-ready performance dashboard inputs delivered monthly for review by the Strategy Execution Head.
