Job Description

The Head of Planning and Execution is responsible for leading the creation and update of the strategy for Globe Business (B2B) and ensuring its execution. This role involves leading the team that manages annual planning activities and quarterly strategy reviews. Additionally, the role provides strategic advisory to various divisions and leads the program management function of the B2B business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategy Planning: Spearheads annual strategy planning and quarterly reviews; co-leads the creation of Balanced Scorecards; provides market intelligence to support management decisions.
  • Strategy Advisory: Leads strategic advisory projects to solve specific problems, capture opportunities, and improve internal processes; conducts ad hoc studies for B2B divisions.
  • Strategy Execution: Manages the program management office (PMO); synthesizes project portfolios, prioritizes projects, links KPIs to strategy, and manages interdependencies; ensures governance structures are updated; promotes best practices in project management; reports progress, risks, and support needs.
  • Governance: Prepares governance reports for top management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategy and project governance roles.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and teams.
  • Proven track record in strategy and project governance.
  • Advanced knowledge in financial analysis is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
