Overview

The Assistant shall faithfully perform the following duties and responsibilities, in addition to such other tasks as may be reasonably assigned by the Employer from time to time:

Responsibilities
  • 2.1.1 Organize and maintain company financial records.
  • 2.1.3 Review and process employee reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
  • 2.1.4 Assist in reconciling payables, including utilities, rent, association dues, security fees, and payroll disbursements.
  • 2.1.5 File and archive financial documents to ensure accurate and complete records.
  • 2.2 Administrative Support
    • 2.2.1 Manage day-to-day office administration, including document organization, data entry, and basic clerical tasks.
    • 2.2.2 Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accessibility of company records.
  • 2.3 Executive Assistance
    • 2.3.1 Provide scheduling support, including organizing the CEO’s personal calendar, meetings, and business travel.
    • 2.3.2 Provide additional support and perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the CEO.
  • 2.4 Communication and Coordination
    • 2.4.1 Maintain effective communication and coordination with company employees, suppliers, and external partners.
    • 2.4.2 Support smooth information flow between management and staff to ensure operational efficiency.
