The role focuses on managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and streamlining communication and workflow systems to ensure smooth business operations. Job Description Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain clear communication with executives, team members, and external partners. Track tasks, projects, and follow‑ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Support cross‑functional coordination across business units and leadership initiatives. Manage administrative systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency. Conduct research, summarize findings, and prepare materials for decision‑making. Maintain and update CRM tools (Pipedrive) and pull reports from Microsoft BI. Anticipate leadership needs, providing proactive recommendations and support. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation. Screening Criteria Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any related field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role. Must have stable employment history. Required Qualifications Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, or Slack. Experience using CRM and reporting tools such as Pipedrive and Power BI. Work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines. Adaptability in supporting executives in a fast‑paced, remote environment. Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail. Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English. Desired Qualifications Experience in SaaS, consulting, or startup environment is a plus. Background in process improvement, workflow optimization, or business operations preferred.
