Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews (initial and exit)
- Collect and monitor the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements
- Responsible for all pre-onboarding documentation of new hires
- Coordinate closely with the Recruitment team on new hire updates from job offers to completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Timely update of employee database and records Creation and maintenance of employees' 201 files.
- Administer trainees and new employees' onboarding and orientation
- Implementation of policies
- Creation or distribution of internal communications regarding announcements, changes, and company policies.
- This is a remote position.

- 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or another related course
- 2. 2+ years of human resource experience.
- 3. The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
- 4. Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
- 5. Proficient writing skills to produce reports.
- 6. Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees.
