Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews (initial and exit)
  • Collect and monitor the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements
  • Responsible for all pre-onboarding documentation of new hires
  • Coordinate closely with the Recruitment team on new hire updates from job offers to completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Timely update of employee database and records Creation and maintenance of employees' 201 files.
  • Administer trainees and new employees' onboarding and orientation
  • Implementation of policies
  • Creation or distribution of internal communications regarding announcements, changes, and company policies.
Requirements

Qualifications
  • 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or another related course
  • 2. 2+ years of human resource experience.
  • 3. The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
  • 4. Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
  • 5. Proficient writing skills to produce reports.
  • 6. Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees.
