About the Role We’re searching for a senior, hands‑on HubSpot operator who loves building efficient systems, solving problems, and helping teams move faster. You’ll partner with our Growth Systems Architect to: Streamline marketing and sales operations Maintain and optimise HubSpot day‑to‑day Build smart automations and dashboards Ensure data, workflows, and reporting all work together to drive scalable growth If you’re a systems thinker who thrives on details but sees the bigger picture, someone who loves making automation, reporting, and data “hum quietly in the background” – this role is for you. What You’ll Do Manage daily HubSpot activity — reports, lists, imports/exports, property updates, and CRM hygiene Maintain naming conventions and data integrity Triage and complete ad‑hoc requests from marketing, sales, and growth teams quickly and accurately Build and refine workflows & automations: implement and optimise lifecycle, lead scoring, and handover workflows; identify and automate repetitive tasks; quality‑check and troubleshoot integrations (Zapier, ad platforms, data warehouse) Build dashboards that surface key metrics for marketing and sales teams; ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned with funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead‑to‑opportunity rates, etc.) Partner with the Growth Systems Architect to improve attribution and lead quality Create clear internal documentation, playbooks, and Loom walkthroughs; help non‑technical users understand HubSpot data and tools; identify inefficiencies or data‑flow gaps, propose and implement fixes Stay current on new HubSpot features and recommend improvements; explore emerging technologies (AI tools, HubSpot Agents, advanced automation) What You’ll Bring 2–4+ years of hands‑on HubSpot experience (Marketing + Sales Hubs) Proven analytical and reporting skills — you can build and troubleshoot workflows and dashboards that tell a story Strong understanding of CRM structure, lifecycle stages, and attribution logic A process & systems mindset — you see inefficiency as a challenge, not a frustration Excellent communication and documentation skills High attention to detail, confidence to operate autonomously, and proactive problem‑solving Bonus Points Experience with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Meta Pixel Conversions API, or Zapier Understanding of performance marketing metrics – CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline velocity Why You’ll Love Working With Us Partner directly with our Growth Systems Architect to shape how marketing and sales systems scale High autonomy and trust — we value precision, curiosity, and initiative Be part of a high‑growth, award‑winning tech company redefining healthcare and entrepreneurship Work with smart, humble, kind people who care deeply about their craft In Short We’re not just looking for someone who can use HubSpot.
