The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in CRM management and administrative support. This role involves assisting our Property Strategists with client coordination, database management, and follow-up processes to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative and operational support to Property Strategists Manage and update client information using HubSpot and other CRM tools Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings with clients or internal teams Conduct property research, market comparisons, and data entry as needed Maintain and track client communication to ensure timely follow-ups Create and manage spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Assist in coordinating marketing activities, email campaigns, and lead tracking Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned Key Skills and Qualities: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates) Willingness to provide an NBI clearance Technical requirements: Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+ 256GB Storage space - minimum 8GB RAM - minimum Dual Core CPU - minimum Camera: HD Webcam (720p) Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum About Us Outsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
