Your Role As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and maintain the content/editorial calendar, create and schedule blog and social media content, develop and execute email marketing campaigns, generate reports and dashboards in HubSpot, lead implementation and optimization of HubSpot marketing automation, work with the marketing director on website strategy, research and implement SEO, support PR and branding, track analytics, and support data‑driven decision making. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the content/editorial calendar, delegating tasks as needed. Create, schedule, and publish content on the company blog and across social media platforms. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns. Generate reports and dashboards in HubSpot to monitor KPIs and track campaign performance. Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot marketing automation tools. Work with the marketing director to oversee website strategy and content. Research and implement SEO strategies in coordination with an outsourced provider. Track, analyze, and report on metrics (email, social media, website, campaigns). Support PR and branding efforts, including thought leadership and press releases. Non‑negotiables Marketing agency experience. Software proficiency in HubSpot. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record managing multi‑channel campaigns. Strong background in content management and social media marketing. Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and campaign performance measurement. Preferred skills/expertise 1–2 years experience working with HubSpot Pro or Enterprise. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, Zoom, WordPress, Asana. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools. Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Highly organized, creative thinker, strong problem‑solving, self‑starter.
