Position Overview We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to optimize marketing processes, ensure data integrity, and measure the impact of campaigns across the UK and US. This role ensures marketing efforts translate into measurable pipeline and revenue contribution. Key Responsibilities Lead & Funnel Management (35%) – Monitor lead flow, MQL → SQL conversion rates, and funnel health to ensure consistent demand generation. Data & Segmentation (25%) – Maintain clean, segmented data for targeted campaigns and ABM programs. Campaign ROI & Attribution (25%) – Track ROI, optimize spend, and measure marketing’s impact on revenue. Operational Excellence (15%) – Standardize reporting, ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales data flows, and optimize processes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations. Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
