The Corporate Recruiter will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening and selection) within the given timeline. He/she will also be involved in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source and screen applications (review and endorse applications);
  2. Post job openings on various job search websites;
  3. Arrange schedule for exams and interviews;
  4. Administer exams and conduct interviews to qualified candidates;
  5. Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus meetings;
  6. Conduct company talks;
  7. Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date;
  8. Maintain and build relationships with career placement offices and target student organizations in local colleges and universities;
  9. Prepare weekly recruitment reports;
  10. Perform reference and background checks for candidates for employment;
  11. Come up with marketing strategies to source and attract candidates;
  12. Perform other recruitment, HR, and admin related tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
  2. 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate, agency, or executive search firm;
  3. Highly organized, resourceful and flexible;
  4. Excellent attention to detail;
  5. Effective communication skills both written and oral;
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency;
  8. Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision;
  9. Ability to learn quickly, and follow processes and procedures;
  10. Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of candidate information;
  11. Willing to travel to areas outside of Metro Manila to participate in recruitment activities.

This is for a temporary work-from-home set-up until an indefinite schedule. Work tools will be provided.

Hiring Condition: Successful completion of background checking will be required as a condition of hire.
