The Corporate Recruiter will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening and selection) within the given timeline. He/she will also be involved in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and strategies. Responsibilities: Source and screen applications (review and endorse applications); Post job openings on various job search websites; Arrange schedule for exams and interviews; Administer exams and conduct interviews to qualified candidates; Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus meetings; Conduct company talks; Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date; Maintain and build relationships with career placement offices and target student organizations in local colleges and universities; Prepare weekly recruitment reports; Perform reference and background checks for candidates for employment; Come up with marketing strategies to source and attract candidates; Perform other recruitment, HR, and admin related tasks. Qualifications: A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent; 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate, agency, or executive search firm; Highly organized, resourceful and flexible; Excellent attention to detail; Effective communication skills both written and oral; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency; Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision; Ability to learn quickly, and follow processes and procedures; Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of candidate information; Willing to travel to areas outside of Metro Manila to participate in recruitment activities. This is for a temporary work-from-home set-up until an indefinite schedule. Work tools will be provided.
