Job Description
  • Work-From-Office is a setup based in Angeles/Cebu/Mabalacat/Makati/Ortigas
  • The Administrative Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry, document management, and communication with external vendors. This role involves maintaining organized records, tracking task outcomes, and supporting team workflows in a professional and detail-oriented manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Download, upload, and organize documents in electronic filing systems.
  • Send and track outgoing referrals and related documentation.
  • Place follow-up phone calls to vendors or partner organizations to confirm receipt, request updates, and track the status of submitted items.
  • Collect and log vendor issues, feedback, and requirements for review by leadership.
  • Coordinate and schedule routine tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines.
  • Document outcomes of calls, faxes, and communications for accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor and complete routine clerical assignments to support the team.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to ensure timely task completion.
