Your day‑to‑day Provide expert support on Hostinger products, troubleshooting via live chat and tickets and exceeding customer expectations. Simplify technical issues into actionable steps that customers of all expertise levels can follow. Contribute to teams or projects that enhance the customer experience based on evolving needs. Enhance the Kodee AI Assistant to deliver smarter, more intuitive support. Keep updated on Hostinger product updates, services and the latest web‑hosting technologies. Proactively identify and implement improvements to your work, team and department. Key Information Guidance on Hostinger culture, products and CS operations. Availability for night hours and rotational coverage, including weekends. Fully remote; requires a reliable high‑speed internet connection. Your Skills And Experience Fluent in English (C1 or native). Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally live chat. Exceptional communication skills. Understanding of web hosting fundamentals (domains, DNS, emails, control panels, troubleshooting). What makes you stand out Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management and performance optimization. Proficiency with CMS (e.g., WordPress), hosting control panels (hPanel, cPanel), email and domain services. Experience contributing to or improving AI‑powered systems. What you get
