Full Time Client Coordinator (Marketing, Media Buying)

Our client is looking for a Client Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting the Client Management team by ensuring the smooth execution of both client service and performance marketing functions. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to account management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, monitoring communications, executing tasks related to campaign and budget management, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Your role will directly support client success by enabling your team to deliver exceptional service and marketing performance.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Monitor and respond to client communications; escalate critical issues as needed to the account team
  • Take detailed call notes, assign follow-ups, and document updates in CRM systems like Gainsight
  • Support day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., job postings, pacing reviews)
  • Extract, prepare, and monitor campaign performance data from platforms such as the internal analytics tool, Indeed, and Facebook
  • Assist in budget tracking, including vendor allocations, monthly reconciliations, and PO/SOWBA processing
  • Review and help reconcile invoices prior to client billing
  • Open and manage internal tickets (e.g., via Jira) to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Partner with client finance and internal stakeholders to support media plan execution
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team or client needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred)
  • Up to 2 years of relevant academic or professional experience
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or media buying
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools to improve productivity, problem-solving, or analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
  • Technically and mathematically inclined and able to problem-solve in digital platforms
