Join us at Responsibilities Responsible for all day to day billing needs Collaborate with Finance and Account Management to facilitate client billing Maintain Reconciliation of client prepaid media funds Research outstanding AR and AP - unbilled/billed items Answer client inquiries to maintain good billing relations between company and client Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or customer portal Keep accurate records of client and vendor billing Ensure clients are billed correctly for services offered in accordance to contracted rates Qualifications 6 months to 2 years’ experience in billing or accounting Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in either Finance or Accounting Proficient in MS Excel required Proven experience as billing coordinator or similar position Working knowledge of basic accounting principles Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing work environment Strong written & verbal communication skills Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task a must Ability to pick up on new systems a must Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Stagwell by 2x Get notified about new Billing Coordinator jobs in Metro Manila . #J-18808-Ljbffr
