The Role
We are looking for a highly organized Client Success Virtual Assistant – Client Transition Admin to join our dynamic Customer Success Team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our client onboarding process — ensuring all transition-related tasks are tracked, completed, and communicated effectively. Your work helps us deliver a smooth and professional experience to every new client, making sure nothing falls through the cracks during this crucial phase.
This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week) where you'll work closely with internal teams and clients to coordinate and manage onboarding transitions. You'll receive full training, clear tools, and dedicated support from our Team Leads.
It's a great fit for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys managing processes, and loves keeping things running like clockwork.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience using task management tools like Asana (preferred) and Slack.
- Excellent communication and follow-through — you don't let things slip through the cracks.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep processes on track.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys working in a remote, team-oriented environment.
