We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-friendly Client Transportation Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines.

Client Transportation Specialist Position Summary:

The Client Transportation Specialist will be the main point of contact for our transportation service. You will work closely with law firms and their clients to ensure rides are scheduled accurately, on time, and with exceptional customer service. You will also support occasional intake tasks as backup.

Client Transportation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule client rides (primarily via Uber/Lyft or other platforms) based on law firm and client needs.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with law firms, clients, and rideshare services to confirm ride details.
  • Monitor ride status and troubleshoot issues in real time (e.g., delays, cancellations, location problems).
  • Maintain accurate records of all rides, communications, and confirmations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with law firm staff, understanding their preferences and workflows.
  • Respond quickly to time-sensitive requests and provide friendly, helpful service at all times.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to make ride coordination more efficient and seamless for law firms.
  • Occasionally provide support as an intake specialist to gather client information when needed.
  • Ensure all services align with our brand promise: fast, reliable, and client-centered.

Client Transportation Specialist Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, virtual assistance, or coordination roles (legal or medical industry preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick response times.
  • Tech-savvy; able to use ride platforms, CRMs, chat, and phone systems effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients (preferred).
  • Ability to work night shifts (U.S. time zones).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php64,324.10 per month
