We're looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to help us develop and manage our Klaviyo accounts for our two brands, HiEnd Accents and Paseo Road. You will set up Flows, monitor their performance, and optimize them. Additionally, you will send regular Campaigns to our customers. We are looking for a long-term team member who will stay and grow at our company. We offer competitive compensation and a good work environment. What You’ll Do Create Klaviyo Flows for our Shopify sites, A/B test them, monitor performance, and continuously optimize for better performance. Send out email marketing campaigns to advertise new arrivals, promotions, and other events to both our retail customers. Ensure that all emails sent out are on-brand and adhere to our style guide (colors, fonts, verbiage). Standardize any existing Flows to conform to our style guide. Meet and exceed KPIs, including email deliverability, open rates, click rates, and sales. Clean up email lists for improved deliverability and engagement rates and lower bounce rates. Design visually captivating email campaigns and flows using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools. Analyze the results of marketing campaigns and flows and communicate insightful findings to the manager for continuous improvement. Use Klaviyo analytics to create strategies to minimize bounce rates, improve deliverability, and fewer spam complaints. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices. Who You Are Significant prior experience with Klaviyo required. High attention to detail, with meticulous proofreading of spelling, grammar, and links. Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or another platform for designing graphics; familiarity with web design and publishing. Self‑motivated, detail oriented, and professional with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload; ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work with our team via email, Slack, and Skype/Zoom. Highly preferred, but not required: experience with Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets. Full‑time position, 40 hrs/week.
