About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Email Specialist who can design, implement, and optimize engaging email marketing campaigns that connect with our audience and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in digital marketing but also an excellent communicator who can present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders and apply basic UX/UI principles to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Create clear, compelling email content and campaign reports tailored for both customers and senior management.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with UX/UI best practices.
  • Stay current with digital marketing and email automation trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree  (Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications or related course)
  • With 5 to 7 years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to present thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely to a senior audience.
  • Proven experience in managing email and digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and analytics.
  • Good grasp of basic UX/UI principles to support user-focused design and marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Under 6 months Project-based Contract (with a possibility of Extension or Absorption depending on the business direction)
