Job DescriptionAs the Customer Service Assistant, you will provide knowledgeable and efficient service at the reception area. Your role is to ensure that all tenants, customers, and other relevant stakeholders receive excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of work permits, gate, entry and temporary passes, IDs and other forms requested.
- Receives packages, letters, and memos for distribution to concerned personnel.
- Monitoring submission of reply slips for tenant memos.
