Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Present new products and services to clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Gather feedback and work with internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Track and report on key account metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to communicate client requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new products or services for key clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in managing key accounts.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Driving Skills.
