Job Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow business within assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Present new products and services to clients and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and prompt resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Gather feedback and work with internal teams to improve products and services.
- Track and report on key account metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure client needs are met.
- Coordinate with product development teams to communicate client requirements.
- Support the implementation of new products or services for key clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in managing key accounts.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
