Overview Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead efforts in expanding partnerships, driving new revenue streams, and strengthening client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in media, advertising, or production who can connect creative capabilities with business opportunities to fuel growth. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Client Acquisition Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities. Leverage industry contacts to generate leads and secure meetings. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry mixers to expand the client base. Develop and execute outreach strategies for potential partners, brands, and agencies. Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with clients, agencies, and brand managers. Act as the main point of contact for potential clients before project handover to producers. Maintain long-term partnerships to encourage repeat business. Collaboration with Production Team Partner with producers to align business opportunities with creative capabilities. Brief the production team on client requirements and potential projects. Contribute to brainstorming sessions to shape concepts around client objectives. Revenue Generation Drive proposals, sponsorship deals, and co-branded opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms with clients. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally in media, advertising, or production. Proven track record of generating and closing business deals. Strong network of brand, agency, and industry contacts. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Highly proactive and able to work independently.
