Marketing Specialist – Cosmetics The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive product sales, and strengthen customer loyalty for the cosmetics line. This role requires a creative, trend-savvy professional with a deep understanding of beauty industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing tools. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to identify new trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape in the beauty and cosmetics sector. Analyze sales data and campaign performance to optimize future marketing activities. Campaign Development Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, influencers, events, retail promotions, PR). Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visuals and copy aligned with brand identity. Brand Management Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials. Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Digital Marketing Manage social media platforms and content calendars to increase engagement and followers. Execute email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns. Partner with influencers and beauty bloggers for brand collaborations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product development, sales, and retail teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email automation, analytics platforms). Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and current beauty trends. Preferred Skills Experience with influencer marketing and content creation. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
