We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by introducing our new brand and establishing it as a leader in the health and beauty market. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales, contributing to our mission of promoting health and safety.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Introduce and promote our new brand in beauty, health and safety to potential clients and partners.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the PPE or health / safety and cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
