General Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive to manage and grow sales of raw materials for skincare and cosmetic products. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting technical cosmetic ingredients to formulators and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cosmetic manufacturers, formulators, and R&D teams.
  • Promote and sell raw materials such as emulsifiers, actives, preservatives, and other skincare ingredients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the personal care industry.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with technical and regulatory teams to support customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and report market trends and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cosmetic raw materials.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic formulation and ingredients is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Willing to work full-time at Novaliches, Quezon City
